Meet Hannah Snyder, LCPAT, LCPC
Hannah Snyder is a Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist and Counselor in the state of Maryland. She earned her Master’s of Arts in Art Therapy at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. In addition to working directly with clients in private practice, she is a board-approved supervisor for licensed graduate art therapists (LGPAT) and licensed graduate counselors (LGPC).
As an art therapist, Hannah is part of a unique cohort of mental health therapists. Art therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the experience of life through active art-making in therapy. She specializes in using the creative process to integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology to treat ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Anxiety.
Hannah believes in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for therapy, and creative intervention allows each client a unique opportunity to learn more about themselves and their needs.
Meet Maura Knestout, MSW
Maura Knestout has her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University and a Health & Wellness Coaching Certification through Georgetown University, which has fueled her passion for supporting clients through life transitions, primarily college and the challenges that may arise during that time.
Maura is ADHD-CCPS trained and is an Executive Functioning Specialist. She focuses on supporting her clients through enhancing their executive functioning skills by applying their strengths to traditional skill-building techniques. She tailors her approach to each individual client’s needs and goals to help them achieve a successful life experience!
