Therapeutic services provided by Hannah Snyder, LCPAT, LCPC are considered Out-of-network services. A Super Bill will be provided for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. Most insurance companies will reimburse for sessions with Hannah. However, each program and plan is different, so it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider directly to find out more.
Traditionally, all executive functioning services are Out-of-network services and are billed on an hourly rate as needed.
