Executive Functioning Services
Affinity Art Therapy provides executive functioning services to individuals in high school through adulthood with learning differences such as, but not limited to, ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety.
What is included in executive functioning services? In addition to supporting day-to-day executive functioning skills, our consultants collaborate with their clients to support them in academic and workplace settings. Clients who are college-bound will also work with their consultant to find the best-fit school for their academic and personal success.

Individual Services
Individual therapy services focus on combining Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches to help curate a treatment plan that is unique to each client's needs.
In addition to bringing art-making into the session, clients are encouraged to address the intersection of needs regarding their executive functioning and emotional regulation to help them make progress on their identified goals.

Family Support
Have a child or teen who is struggling? The family support program allows families to create a therapeutic plan that engages the whole household. As we know, our children’s problems do not exist in a vacuum but affect their entire environment. With a Family Support Plan, you, your child and I work together to co-treat your child’s needs. I may be the expert in the room on therapeutic services, but you and your child are the experts on your family life!
